I have to admit that I am a huge believer in Yoga and actually teach one night a week here at the Y. Yoga on land can be challenging enough, but Yoga on a boat? What’s your experience with Yoga on your boat? I think that stretching and strengthening does help to keep me flexible. The balance exercises are good for the core.
