• All charters begin any day at 8:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM the final day.

• Checkouts will include a thorough briefing of the yacht's systems as well as the safe operation of the yacht and an overview of the cruising area.

• A deposit of 50% of the charter fee will be required to confirm your booking. The balance of the charter fee is due 7 days before the charter begins. Reservation payments may be made with cash, personal check or Visa/MC.

• All charters begin with full fuel tanks. Each charterer is responsible for the fuel used, along with pumping out the holding tank upon return, as well as returning the yachts in a clean condition. In the absence of any of these, fees will be withheld from the security deposit.

• Security deposit of $1000 will be due before boarding and can be paid with cash, check, Visa/MC. This fee will be refunded within 10 working days after the yacht has been successfully checked at the conclusion of the charter.

•Sleep aboard the evening before the charter may be arranged if the yacht is available at a fee of $50. A dingy with oars may be rented for $100 for the charter period (up to one week, subject to availability).

• Rebookings and Cancellations: If your charter date must be changed, it will be rebooked for a $50 processing fee. No rebookings can be made less than 10 days from the original charter date. If you must cancel your booking over 30 days from your charter date there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If your charter is less than 30 days from your cancellation and we are unable to schedule another charter, 50% of your reservation deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations less than 10 days before the charter begins will require us to forfeit your total reservation deposit. Termination of a charter due to inclement weather by the charterer will be at the charterer's risk. However, in the event of a "classified storm" the charter will be rebooked and all rebooking fees will be waived.
