Norton’s Service Department has ranked #1 in Customer Service by customers that own Hunter Sailboats for 18 consecutive years! Norton Yachts Service Department  carries a full stock of Yanmar parts inventory.  If a part is not in stock we special order and fill the order as quickly as possible.  Our Yanmar technicians attend Yanmar Service school every year for continuing education in order to serve our customers to the fullest.  In addition, courses in Yanmar diesel maintenance are offered FREE of charge to Norton customers every year.  We want our customers to be as informed as they want to be about Yanmar maintenance.

We offer fully sanctioned ASA sailing classes for beginners to advanced students.  There are no prerequisites for beginners.  Norton Yachts Sailing Instruction take place on late model Hunter sailboats with inboard power, wheel steering, roller furling, and up to date electronics. Our instructors are patient, considerate,  and experienced with years of sea time.  Every participant is unique and there is no “cookie cutter” approach to sail instruction.  Roughly 90% of sail instruction is on water – hands on instruction.  We are only minutes out of Broad Creek Channel to the mouth of the Rappahannock River to the historic Chesapeake Bay.
