- Because of years of business, Norton Yachts has developed and maintains a large database of prospective customers. We share information with these prospects through direct mailing, emailing campaigns, and phone calls.
- 65% of Norton sales are through repeat customers or customer referrals. It is not unusual for Norton Yachts to sell 4 or 5 boats to a customer throughout his or her boating life.
