YARD RULES

• No power sanding of antifouling paint allowed. *HAND SAND ONLY* This protects your boat and those of your neighbors’ from severe stains caused by water activated antifouling dust.
• Insurance prohibits lending of tools and ladders or entering our work bay/shop areas
• Boat stands are not to be moved by customers.
• No deployment of sails in yard.
• Customers are responsible for cleanup of their area.
• Please do not block travel lift through way. Park in designated areas only.
